Industrial Solid Waste Recycling System
Applications

· Waste textiles

· High calorific value industrial solid waste

· Decayed garbage

· Foam scraps from sponge production

Features
    • It is applicable for the recycling and processing of various waste textiles and high-heat industrial solid waste. It can also handle material crushing for materials containing a lot of sand and small pieces of metal debris.
    • The process adopts a pre-crushing followed by crushing method, ensuring thorough material processing and uniform material volume; the system is stable in performance and has a large production capacity.
    • The entire line is controlled automatically, adjusting and adapting automatically according to the changes in the working conditions of each equipment, maximizing production capacity while having a predictive function for possible abnormal situations to ensure system safety.
    • The pre-crushing equipment is designed as a double-roller structure, and the cutting tools are made of alloy materials with excellent wear resistance, and both sides of the cutting tools can be interchanged for use.
    • The fine crushing system is a specially designed inclined stepped shear structure, combined with high-quality alloy steel cutting tools, to improve the shearing efficiency.
    • The system is equipped with a drum screen, which separates substances such as sand and stone slag that have a significant impact on the equipment and product quality, extending the lifespan of the cutting tools and improving product quality.
    • Multiple dust collection systems are configured, with dust collection interfaces set in each processing equipment. Dust is gradually removed in multiple modules of the system, and the central pulse dust collection system collects the dust generated during the production process and discharges it with an emission volume of less than 8mg/m3.
    • The system is equipped with a spray fire prevention system to ensure safe production.
    • The system has a magnetic separation process spanning both magnetic separation by magnetic selection and drum magnetic separation, removing magnetic metals from the materials, better protecting the equipment, thereby improving crushing efficiency, extending the equipment's lifespan, and reducing the equipment's operating cost.
