Ningbo QE Granulators Limited (hereinafter referred to as "QE") has upgraded the energy-saving technology of its core products such as granulators and shredders. By optimizing motors and transmission systems and equipping with frequency conversion drive devices, the equipment is more energy-efficient during operation, reducing energy consumption by another 15% compared with before the upgrade.
This upgrade also focuses on the full-life-cycle green design of the equipment: selecting more durable and environmentally friendly materials to reduce pollutant emissions during equipment use; optimizing the equipment structure to make lubrication and maintenance more convenient and extend the service life of the equipment; at the same time, the wearing parts of the equipment can be recycled to reduce resource waste. The upgraded equipment not only meets the requirements of the global "dual carbon" goals, but also helps customers reduce energy consumption costs in the production process and improve the environmental and economic benefits of enterprises.
It is understood that QE has always taken "Quiet Efficient" as the core direction of product R&D, and this energy-saving upgrade is a further practice of this concept. Currently, the upgraded equipment has passed relevant environmental testing and been recognized by customers at home and abroad.
